الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامك Elo فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. اقرأها بعناية؛ فهي تحدّد ما تقدّمه الخدمة وما لا تقدّمه، ومسؤولياتك، وحدود مسؤوليتنا.

Elo أداة تنفيذ أوامر فقط. لا تقدّم توصيات تداول ولا نصيحة استثمارية، ولا تضمن أي ربح. تنفّذ ما تنشره القناة التي تختارها أنت، والنتائج مسؤوليتك واختيارك.

1. طبيعة الخدمة

Elo تقرأ توصيات قناة تيليجرام أنت مشترك فيها، وتنفّذها على حساب تداولك وفق إعداداتك. نحن لسنا وسيط تداول، ولا مزوّد إشارات، ولا مستشار مالي. جودة القناة وقراراتها خارج سيطرتنا ومسؤوليتنا.

2. الأهلية والحساب

يجب أن تكون بالسن القانونية للتداول في بلدك، وأن تمتلك حساب تيليجرام وحساب تداول خاصين بك. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك وعن كل نشاط يجري من خلاله.

3. الاشتراك والتجربة والدفع

  • تجربة مجانية 7 أيام لكل مستخدم جديد — بدون بطاقة وبدون بيانات دفع.
  • بعد التجربة يتطلب الاستمرار اشتراكاً مدفوعاً: خطة cTrader بسعر 17 دولار شهرياً، وخطتا MetaTrader 4 وMetaTrader 5 بسعر 23 دولار شهرياً لكل منهما.
  • الدفع بعملة USDT؛ يُصدَر لك سند دفع ويُفعَّل اشتراكك تلقائياً بعد التأكيد.
  • الاشتراك مدفوع مقدّماً عن الفترة، ولا يُجدَّد إلا بدفعة جديدة.

4. انتهاء الاشتراك

عند انتهاء اشتراكك يتوقّف النسخ فقط. تبقى لوحتك وسجلّك وإعداداتك كما هي، ويعود النسخ لحظة التجديد.

5. الإلغاء والاسترجاع

  • يمكنك إيقاف النسخ أو التجديد في أي وقت. لا توجد عقود ملزمة ولا رسوم إلغاء.
  • نظراً لطبيعة الدفع بالعملات الرقمية، الفترات المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد تفعيلها، إلا حيث يفرض القانون خلاف ذلك، أو تقديرياً من Elo في حال خلل جوهري في الخدمة من طرفنا.
  • التجربة المجانية تتيح لك تقييم الخدمة قبل أي دفع — استفد منها.

6. الاستخدام المقبول

تلتزم بعدم استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني، وعدم محاولة اختراقها أو إساءة استخدامها أو ربط حسابات لا تملكها. نحتفظ بحق تعليق أي حساب يخالف ذلك.

7. المخاطر وإخلاء المسؤولية

تنبيه المخاطر: التداول في العملات والمعادن والعقود مقابل الفروقات ينطوي على مخاطر عالية وقد يؤدي إلى خسارة رأس مالك بالكامل. النتائج تعتمد على القناة التي تختارها، وهذا الاختيار مسؤوليتك وحدك. لا تتداول إلا بأموال تتحمّل خسارتها.

8. حدود المسؤولية

Elo أداة تنفيذ تُقدَّم “كما هي”. لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن خسائر التداول، أو أداء القناة، أو قرارات السوق، أو أعطال البروكر أو تيليجرام أو مزوّدي البنية، أو انقطاع الخدمة خارج سيطرتنا. مسؤوليتنا القصوى بأي حال لا تتجاوز قيمة ما دفعته للخدمة خلال الشهر الأخير.

9. الإنهاء

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر تسجيل الخروج الكامل. ويمكننا إنهاء أو تعليق الخدمة عند مخالفة الشروط أو لأسباب تشغيلية أو قانونية.

10. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث بالأعلى. استمرارك بالاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك.

Terms of Service

By using Elo you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully; they set out what the service does and does not do, your responsibilities, and the limits of our liability.

Elo is an order-execution tool only. It provides no trading signals or investment advice and guarantees no profit. It places what the channel you choose posts, and the results are your choice and responsibility.

1. Nature of the service

Elo reads the signals of a Telegram channel you are subscribed to and executes them on your trading account per your settings. We are not a broker, a signal provider, or a financial adviser. The channel’s quality and decisions are outside our control and responsibility.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age to trade in your country and own the Telegram and trading accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity conducted through it.

3. Subscription, trial & payment

  • 7-day free trial for every new user — no card, no payment details.
  • After the trial, continuing requires a paid subscription: cTrader plan at $17/month and MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 plans at $23/month each.
  • Payment is in USDT; an invoice is issued and your subscription activates automatically after confirmation.
  • Subscriptions are prepaid for the period and renew only with a new payment.

4. When a subscription ends

When your subscription ends, copying pauses only. Your dashboard, history and settings stay as they were and resume the moment you renew.

5. Cancellation & refunds

  • You may stop copying or renewing at any time. There are no binding contracts and no cancellation fees.
  • Given the nature of cryptocurrency payments, paid periods are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law, or at Elo’s discretion in the case of a material service failure on our side.
  • The free trial lets you evaluate the service before any payment — please use it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to hack, abuse, or connect accounts you do not own. We may suspend any account that violates this.

7. Risk & disclaimer

Risk warning: Trading FX, metals and CFDs carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire capital. Results depend on the channel you choose, and that choice is yours alone. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

8. Limitation of liability

Elo is an execution tool provided “as is”. We are not liable for trading losses, channel performance, market decisions, broker/Telegram/infrastructure outages, or service interruptions beyond our control. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed what you paid for the service in the last month.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via full logout. We may terminate or suspend the service for breach of terms or for operational or legal reasons.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
