Privacy Policy

Elo (“we”, “the Service”) is an order-execution tool that links a Telegram signal channel to your trading account and places what the channel posts, according to your settings. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data we collect

• Registration: your Telegram ID, name and the phone number used to sign in.
• Telegram session: when you link your account we create an authorised session that lets Elo read the channels you are already subscribed to — to capture signals only. We never use it to post, message, or act as you in any other way.
• Broker connection: on cTrader we connect through cTrader’s own login page and receive a token you can revoke anytime (no password). On MetaTrader 5 the platform offers no other option, so credentials are stored encrypted and used solely to place your orders.
• Your settings & history: risk-management settings, linked channels, and your executed-trade history.
• Site visits: we count visits and clicks on the start button to know whether the site is doing its job. We store no IP address, set no cookie, and use no third-party tracker. What is kept: the day, approximate country and city, device type, browser language, and the domain you arrived from — plus a short fingerprint that expires daily so distinct visitors can be counted without following anyone across days.
• Payment data: payments are made in USDT via a payment provider; we keep the transaction reference and amount only. We collect no card data (there is no card payment).

2. Why we use it

• To execute and manage the trades your channel posts, per your settings.
• To run your account: free trial, subscription and notifications.
• To protect your capital via the risk limits you set yourself.

3. Account permissions — what we cannot do

Your connection grants permission to place and manage orders only. It carries no withdrawal or transfer permission whatsoever. Elo cannot withdraw or move your money.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that run the service where necessary: hosting, the MT5 execution cloud, and the payment provider — each receiving only what its role requires.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. A full logout from the app wipes your account, channels and history and removes the session and broker details. You can revoke the cTrader token from cTrader at any time.

6. Your rights

• Stop copying anytime from the app.
• Disconnect the broker (cTrader token) whenever you want.
• Delete your account and data via full logout.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. No system is 100% secure, and you are responsible for protecting your device and your Telegram account.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
